we have a really loud dinosaur alarm clock and clothes, bags and lunches are laid out the night before

I tell them if they want to go to the park, then they have to go to school first.

I don't have a sure fire way of getting out the door but smelling brewing coffee helps and getting all the kids stuff ready the night before.
